Vendor Information

Join Us as a Vendor for a Festive Celebration of Artisans and Traditions

Kringle & Krampus Fest offers a fantastic opportunity for local artists and artisans to showcase and sell their creations. Taking place just days before Christmas, the event attracts last-minute shoppers eager to find unique, meaningful gifts for their loved ones. We seek high-quality vendors offering exceptional, locally crafted products ideal for holiday gifting and festive celebrations.

What should I know about becoming a vendor?

Got other questions? Drop us a line!

When is the event, and what are the hours?

The Kringle & Krampus Fest 2025 will take place on December 20, 2025, from 1 PM to 5 PM.

What time can vendors start setting up?

Vendors can begin setting up their booths starting at 10:30 AM on the day of the event.

Are there any fees to participate?

Vendor fees haven’t been established yet, but we’re hoping to keep them around $30-50, depending on booth size and location.

What licenses or permits do I need to vend?

You must have a business license and a sales tax number. If you plan to sell human food, your products must be made in a licensed commercial kitchen with a food permit from the Health Department, or you must operate under cottage food laws, producing only non-potentially hazardous foods..

Will electricity be available for vendor booths?

A limited amount of electricity will be available, so please specify your needs during registration.

What about the weather?

Hopefully it’s good! If it’s only the normal amount of bad-ish, we’ll still proceed (you may want a tent and some hand-warmers though!)

If it’s snow-pocalypse/sharknado-ing we’ll attempt to move as much as we can inside, or cancel. Missouri weather is great at throwing weirdness at us, so it’s impossible to plan for every possible scenario, but in general, we’re going to have it if it’s in any way possible.

Can I sell my Mary Kay/Avon/Scentsy/Tupperware/Young Living/MLM Products?

No.
